By purchasing or accessing any Stay Viral product or service, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. Digital Products & Programs — 7-Day Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day refund policy on our digital courses and programs. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your original purchase date by emailing [email protected]. After the 7-day period, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.
This 7-day refund policy applies to all standard digital product purchases, including:
- Digital courses and training programs
- Community access (Discord or similar platforms)
- Software tools or dashboards
- Mobile app access
- Educational resources or templates
2. Signed Contracts & Custom Engagements
Exception: If you have signed a separate contract or agreement with Stay Viral that contains different refund terms (such as for coaching services, agency retainers, or custom engagements), the refund terms specified in that signed contract shall govern and take precedence over this general policy.
Agency services incur immediate operational costs, including staffing, onboarding, and platform expenses. Unless your signed contract states otherwise:
- Retainers and setup fees are non-refundable
- Performance outcomes are not guaranteed
- A lack of results does not constitute grounds for a refund
3. No Guaranteed Results
Stay Viral does not guarantee income, virality, TikTok Shop approval, or brand deals. Refunds will not be issued due to unmet expectations, market conditions, platform changes, or personal circumstances.
All products and services are for educational and informational purposes only. Your results depend on many factors including your background, experience, work ethic, and effort.
4. Access Equals Fulfillment
Once you receive access to any digital product, course, software, or community (including login credentials, course enrollment, or Discord access), the product is considered delivered and fulfilled. After the 7-day refund window has closed, no further refunds will be issued for accessed products.
5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Stay Viral support may result in:
- Immediate termination of access to all products and services
- Permanent restriction from future purchases
- Collection action to recover disputed funds plus associated fees

6. How to Request a Refund
