We do not guarantee earnings, revenue, virality, brand deals, or platform outcomes.

2. No Affiliation with TikTok

Stay Viral is an independent company and is not owned, operated, sponsored, or endorsed by TikTok or ByteDance. All TikTok trademarks belong to their respective owners.

3. Payments, Fees & Billing

Fees may include one-time purchases, subscriptions, or retainers. You authorize Stay Viral to charge your selected payment method. Chargebacks or disputes may result in immediate termination of services.

4. Intellectual Property

All Stay Viral content, including trainings, frameworks, and software, is the intellectual property of Stay Viral Group LLC and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed.

5. Limitation of Liability

Stay Viral shall not be liable for lost revenue, profits, or platform bans. Your total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to Stay Viral.
